Planning & Design
Every project begins with a thorough understanding of your site, your ambitions and your budget. Our in-house architects and designers produce a full scheme — from initial concept through to planning-ready drawings — without you needing to appoint a single external consultant.
We manage the entire planning and approval process with councils across all Australian states — including DA submissions, noise assessments, acoustic reports and any specialist referrals required. Planning delays are the most common cause of cost overrun in padel projects. Having the same team design and permit the project eliminates that risk.

Service 02
Groundworks & Civil Engineering
Groundworks are the foundation of every padel court — literally and commercially. Poor sub-base preparation leads to surface cracking, drainage failure and structural movement. It is also the most common source of unexpected cost variation when contractors subcontract this work.
PCC performs all groundworks in-house with our own teams and plant. Laser-controlled levelling ensures structural accuracy and consistent playing surface performance across every court. Because we control this work directly, we can offer fixed-price contracts — the price you agree before we break ground is the price you pay at handover.

Court Supply & Installation
PCC supplies and installs its own range of courts — manufactured in Madrid, the global centre of padel, to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, CE marked and compliant with UNE 14720/24. Three models are available to suit every venue type and budget: the EVO, Full Vision and Tournament.
Every court is installed by our own teams — structural steel, panoramic glass panels, playing surface, net systems and lighting. All courts are calibrated and performance-tested before handover, and backed by PCC’s lifetime structural warranty.
